Family Room Program
We have seven individual family rooms that have two queen sized beds and a private bathroom with a shower. These rooms can hold up to five family members. Rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis as the rooms become available. Families are allowed to move in and stay while they are working with our Family Coordinator on accessing needed resources and finding transitional or permanent housing.
To start the process to move into one of our family rooms, all adults will need to complete a full background check. This can be completed and printed for free at the Minnehaha County Clerk of Courts at 425 N Dakota Ave Sioux Falls, SD 57104. Please bring your printed background check to the Bishop Dudley House 101 N Indiana Ave. Sioux Falls, SD 57103 to start the intake process.
For more information on our Family Room Program please contact Despina at 605-809-8421 or dmisetzis@bdhh.org.
